Group of boys at Timberline Church VBS

Welcome to Timberkids, the Children's Ministry of Timberline Windsor for Infants - 5th Grade. Our mission is to lead children into a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ. We do this by creating environments where children and families encounter God. Where kids learn about who Jesus is and how we find our identity in Him. And, realizing that parents are the spiritual leaders of their families, we come alongside parents and help them to raise Godly children.

We offer the following opportunities for your children to grow spiritually while you are in the weekend service:

  • Infants (TimberCribs): Infant – age 23 months
  • Toddlers (TimberTots): 2 & 3 year olds
  • Preschool (TimberTykes): 4 & 5 year olds
  • Elementary (TimberKids): Kindergarten - 2nd grade
  • Elementary (TK2): 3rd - 5th grade

The D6 curriculum is a great resource to help facilitate our mission and it gives solid lessons for teaching children how to make wise biblical decisions about everyday life.

D6 is based on Deuteronomy 6:5-8, Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.  These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.  Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.  Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.”

VBS 2020 – FOCUS “Take A Closer Look”

VBS 2020 may look different than we originally planned, but we’re still excited to host a Virtual Experience that will help kids dive deeper into their faith by putting the FOCUS on God and His amazing plan for us.  Kids will have a blast as they discover how to trust in what they CAN’T see because of what they CAN see.

Virtual VBS will take place entirely online, June 15-19.  Each day kids (parents are invited, too) will go online to participate in worship, story time, and crafts.  At 11am, your family has the opportunity to participate in a short Zoom call for small group time.  Ages: Completion of Kindergarten – 5thgrade.

Registration deadline is June 1st.
